I consult international agreements and all sort of legal documents concerning international research projects. Especially consortium agreements, also in the aspects of the intellectual property rights. I handle issues concerning recruiting, employing, remunerating of the scientists and other aspects of research projects realisation.
Nicolaus Copernicus University runs 17 faculties in two cities; Toruń and Bydgoszcz in Northern Poland. Thematic range is enormous: from history, art and law to applied physics, medicine and biotechnology. Each faculty holds and takes care of the everyday functionality of the research projects. The International Research Projects Office supervises and consults projects from the whole university at every stage of the realisation, from the application till the final report, pre- and post-award. IRPO helps in every aspect of the project: financial, legal, organisational. We work with the legal office also in the matters concerning intellectual property rights.
