Expertise relevant to the Targeted Network

Working as EU project manager and Head Administrative Officer in a national organization, I developed a good practice in project management, administration, accounting and financial control. So far I have familiarized with grants and open call processes at European and international level and with different European programmes, namely FP7 People (IRSES, ITN, IAPP, COFUND), FP7 Cooperation (Socio-economic Sciences and the Humanities), FP7 Capacities (International Cooperation, Research for the benefit of SMEs), Leonardo Programme-Education and Culture, EU/Canada Programme–Education and Culture, IPA-Europeaid, Progress Programme, European Social Fund, European Regional Development Fund (South East Europe, Central Europe).I’m familiar with the drafting of budgets and business plans. I have also experience in fundraising and networking activities. Trought my work experience, I also collected a considerable number of contacts, that represents one of the most relevant achievement with respect to my professional career.

Euricse is a European Research Center aiming to promote knowledge development and innovation for the field of cooperatives, social enterprises and other nonprofit organizations engaged in the production of goods and services. Through activities directed toward and in partnership with both the scholarly community and practitioners, including primarily research, training and consulting, Euricse address issues of national and international interest to this sector, favoring openness and collaboration. In the last year Euricse has developed a significant experience in applying for and managing European projects. From 2008 I’m Projects manager of the Institute; I monitor grants and open call processes at European and International level and I support researchers in the drafting of competitive proposals, dealing not only with the technical and financial aspects of the project but also with its scientific content.
