Description of job and tasks involved
I work as a financial officer in the International Relations Office of the University of Montenegro. My responsibilities include monitoring the implementation of the international programmes rules and their harmonization with national rules and regulations; monitoring the implementation of projects, controlling the correctness of spending of funds, preparing supporting documentation and other data needed for reporting to the EC, providing advice regarding financial matters to project coordinators and other staff involved in the project implementation. I am also in charge of keeping a database of project implemented at the University of Montengro within various international programmes.

Tempus, IPA, Erasmus+, Horizon 2020, Heric (World Bank funded project)
At the level of the University of Montenegro, the Internatioal Relations Office provides administrative support for project implementation. Support implies providing assistance in the phase of application for international funds, during the approved projects implementation, financial control, and advisory support for other issues related to international projects.
