Expertise relevant to the Targeted Network
I am an expert in Intellectual Property Law. I have in my work for the University been drafting, reviewing and advising employees on FP7 agreements as well as other Research Collaboration Agreements and other IP related Agreements.
The Division of Science and Innovation is responsible for research support. We have a team of four people. My role in the research support is to read over (most cases), draft and advice on legal documents relating to Consortium and Research Collaboration. All research agreements must be approved by me before submitted to the Director of Finance for signature.
